Initiating a Return

Return Instructions

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior authorization. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you inspect it thoroughly. For orders weighing over 70 lbs, they will be shipped using a Less-than-Truckload (LTL) shipping company. In the event of any damages during shipping, it's crucial to note these damages with the delivery driver on their paperwork. This is necessary for us to replace the damaged item. Afterward, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly address the issue. If you have received the wrong item or are missing an item from your order, please contact us for a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow our return process. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. After the inspection, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
